"(Marshall) claims department only. You really have to be involved when filing a claim with your claims department, they completely mismanage my claim and when shown their mistake all I heard was there’s nothing we can do about it. I have recorded conversations and each one admitted they did not do what they was supposed to do but supposedly told Justin a completely different story. The past several weeks with this company I have spent 10+ years with has been horrible, this company sent a 3 rd party uber eats delivery driver to come take pictures and assess my damages!!! Then sent me a garbage estimate that did not include all of my damages they kept saying I had to get a supplemental estimate… but you sent someone to my home who was not even affiliated with State Farm and based an estimate of of someone who didn’t even know what a quarter panel was… had I would have known that I would have fired this company long ago. Be careful who you spend your money with… this company does not care about you."
"Marshall, It is very rare that I get a complaint about State Farm automobile claims department. My agency assists our customers on average with 2 automobile claims per day. I think we would all agree that if I were getting complaints or if there were unhappy customers with automobile claims they would be showing up in my Google Reviews. If you will take the time to look at my Google Reviews you will find yours is the only one. With that being said I take any complaint of any kind seriously so this morning I instructed my team to research the facts, documents and give me all the information related to your claim. Here is a brief synopsis of my research. It appears you did an online vehicle purchase in Florida and hired a vehicle transportation company to ship the vehicle to you in Georgia. It appears that the vehicle transportation company that you hired sublet the transportation of the vehicle to a third party and that third party damaged the vehicle during transit. The insurance company for the transportation company you originally contracted denied the claim on your vehicle because the company was not in possession of your vehicle at the time of loss. The insurance information for the third party transportation company was not listed on the Sheriff's report. You contacted my agency for assistance because the process had become too time consuming. Because you had an insurance claim declination letter from the insurance company for the transportation company you had originally hired State Farm accepted the claim as an uninsured motorist claim. As trusted advisors for our clients we coach our clients on how to have the best claims experience. If you did a survey of all the major body shops in the local area they all like doing repair work for State Farm because State Farm automobile claims department pays a fair amount for the body shop to complete a quality repair. If a customer uses an in network shop the customer gets a warranty for the repair. We coach our clients to choose a body shop (in network or out of network- their choice) and let the body shop work with the automobile claims department on the estimating and repair. Yes, also with requesting supplemental payments ( a frequent occurrence) for missed or hidden damages. Many times the body shops will find hidden damages when the vehicles are disassembled for repair and they are very familiar with how to request supplemental payments. It is not very often that customers try to micromanage the estimating and repair process but when they do there is the rare situation that they do not have a wonderful automobile claims experience. In my humble opinion that is what has happened in this situation. At this point all I can do is to apologize and say I am sorry you didn't have a first class experience with State Farm auto claims. This is a disappointment to me and my team because we work very hard to have satisfied customers that will give us a 5 Star Google Review. Merritt Massey "

You don't have current automobile insurance on the vehicle you wanted a quote on. If you don't have current automobile insurance you don't have a premium for comparison. Today you were NOT given an automobile insurance premium quote from State Farm because you were ineligible.
