Welcome to Merritt Massey State Farm in Milledgeville, GA! For more than 35 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals, families, and businesses throughout Georgia navigate their insurance needs. As a third-generation State Farm Agent, I understand the impact a dedicated insurance professional can have on a community. Watching my family help others through life's unexpected moments inspired me to continue that tradition, making sure my customers have the guidance and support they need. Since opening my office in 1987, I’ve worked hard to build lasting relationships with the people and businesses in this community.

My office serves all of Georgia, with a focus on Baldwin, Putnam, Morgan, Jones, and Greene counties. We provide Auto, Home, Life, Renters, Condo, Motorcycle, Pet and Business Insurance to meet a variety of coverage needs. My experienced team is here to assist with everything from everyday plan questions to long-term. Whether you're purchasing your first home, expanding your business, or reviewing your current coverage, we take the time to understand your goals and provide options designed for your lifestyle and family. We also help new residents transition their coverage to Georgia, making the relocation process as smooth as possible.

In addition to loving what I do, I’m passionate about contributing to the Milledgeville community. I’m an active member of the Rotary Club of Milledgeville, the Milledgeville-Baldwin County Chamber of Commerce, and serve as a trustee for the Georgia Military College Foundation. Supporting local businesses, schools, and initiatives is an important part of my office's mission, and we take pride in helping the people and organizations that make this area thrive. My wife, Jan, and I have called Milledgeville home since 1987 and have lived in the same house since 1996. We are church members and I am a church trustee of the church located at 366 Log Cabin road. We raised twin boys here, both of whom graduated from Georgia Military College and the University of Georgia. My hobbies include restoring and working with classic cars, Jeeps, boats, and farm equipment, as well as taking on construction and development projects.
